Our cakes

All of our cakes and icings are made from scratch using real butter, eggs and other natural high-quality fresh ingredients. We use only organic flour and organic or pesticide free fruits. We do not use high fructose corn syrup, preservatives or hydrogenated oil.

Chocolate Mousse Cake

Chocolate sponge cake, chocolate mousse filling, chocolate discs on the side and shaved chocolate on top

White chocolate/lemon custard cake

White lemon sponge cake, a custard with the tart of lemon and the sweetness of white chocolate, dark Belgium chocolate disks covering the sides

Strawberry Cake

White sponge cake, vanilla custard and lots of whipped cream with fresh strawberries throughout. Sliced almonds on the sides.

Swiss Velvet

Waldorf Astoria original recipe but skipping the big amount of red food coloring. We compensate with fresh raspberries in the smooth cream cheese filling and hide under a coat of cream cheese frosting

Fruit basket

White sponge cake, vanilla custard filled with fresh pesticide free or organic seasonal fruits, whipped cream with fresh strawberries. Sliced almonds on the sides.

Carrot cake

Our wonderful moist carrot cake, contains nuts and raisins, filled with cream cheese frosting, and decorated with sliced almonds.
