Thank you for ordering from Tal’s. We are delighted to serve you during this challenging time. 

Tal’s is a small intimate establishment, which allows us to monitor our production processes very closely. We are committed to taking every necessary step to keep our customers and our team safe during this time of uncertainty. Baking our items in your own oven, at 350 degrees and up, ensures that no virus can survive! To best serve our community, and as a gratitude to our customers for supporting us, we will offer free delivery ($40 and up)  on Fridays, and during the week, we offer curbside pickup. For large orders (above $100), we will deliver midweek as well.

Baking/ warmup instructions:

Bourekas and Croissants (chocolate, butter, Almond, Apple Tarts)- Place pastries on a baking sheet, and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min or until golden brown and puffed. --No need to thaw--

Rugelach- Place cookies on a baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, or until golden brown. 

Chocolate chip cookies-  Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 min at 350 degrees. Do not overbake! Cookies will harden when they cool off. 

Quiches- Warm up in an oven/ toaster oven, 7-10 min, at 350 degrees. If frozen, warmup time will be longer. 

Challah dough- each 1 lb piece makes one challah. You can also make smaller mini challahs. Keep in Fridge and use within a day. Divide the dough into 3 pieces. Roll into logs and braid. Place on a baking sheet, let rise for ~30 min, brush with beaten egg and bake at 350 for ~25 min. 

Babkas- Babkas are fully baked. You can enjoy as-is or warm up in an oven/ toaster oven for 7-10 min at 350 degrees.
