Conference Week Baking Classes
Designed for children in elementary/ middle school
Wednesday- Friday March 19th-21st
1:00-3:00 pm
$250 per student
Day 1: Spring is in the air!
We will begin our class by making Berry cream tarts from scratch!
We will also bake some spring shaped sugar cookies, to decorate the next day.
Day 2: Let’s get creative!
We will welcome spring in style by making a batch of strawberry cupcakes from scratch, cracking
and mixing and scooping and baking. Our cupcakes will be decorated the next day.
We will use buttercream frosting and fondant, to create beautiful and colorful cupcakes to take
home, to share with family and friends.
We will also decorate the sugar cookies we made the previous day!
Day 3: Cupcake decorating and bread making!
We will use buttercream frosting and fondant to create beautiful and colorful decorations for the
cupcakes we made the day before. Cupcakes will be taken home to share with family and friends.
We will also shape some fun Challah breads for snack and to take home!
